THE DETAILS
Orders over $1,000 will receive ½ price UPS ground freight year round. For the month of May 2011 orders over $200 will receive 1/2 price freight.
Only applies to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Our minimum order is $200. Under minimum orders incur a $10 handling fee. For the month of May 2011, the minimum is $100.
A copy of your Resale Certificate is needed for us to do business with you – please fax to 415-366-1819.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express on opening orders and offer Net 30 day terms once we’ve approved your credit. Sorry – we cannot ship COD.
We need 5 credit references to establish your credit. Terms are Net 30 – if payment is more than 15 days late we will go back to credit card terms. If payment is more than 60 days late, we will send your account to collection.
If product is in stock, and you have established credit with us, or are a credit card customer, we can ship within 4 days. If you really need the order rushed, we will do everything we can to accommodate you, and can most likely can get it out within 24 hours.
FOB: Hayward, CA. Orders can be shipped UPS, Fed Ex or US Mail.
Please examine your shipment when it arrives, and make a claim immediately with the carrier if anything was damaged or lost during shipping.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us within a week of receiving your order at 415-462-0001 and request an RA#. Orders returned without an RA will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
